The CHEVOTEL breeding operation (CHEVOTEL HARAS) is the heart of the estate. The basis of the breeding is solid German Bloodlines. Monson and Platini stallion lines have been a very strong foundation for the breeding success of CHEVOTEL from the beginning.
Since then, the Rapp family has paid attention and added yearly younger mares with strong Pedigrees and black-type Racing records to improve the stock of CHEVOTEL. High-quality stallions are used every year: Sea the Stars, Wootton Bassett, Syouni, LeHavre, Fastnet Rock, Iffraaj, Churchill, St. Mark's Basilica, just to name a few. At the moment CHEVOTEL HARAS has 12 broodmares.
The future vision of the breeding industry is to continuously improve the quality of stock and breed solid and successful racehorses.
CHEVOTEL HARAS has been in 2021 / 2022 / 2023 amongst the top 50 breeders in France according to the France Galop rankings.
